Crafty Co. was co-founded in 2024 by Osborn Song and four younger creators — Cecilia, Cissy, Ivy, and Lavina from a simple idea: could something they loved making together become a way to learn, lead, and give back?

The four younger co-founders bring the creative side of Crafty Co. to life by developing handmade products, meeting customers, and participating in community events. As the team’s older co-founder and youth mentor, Osborn helped build the initiative's structure, guiding the team in budgeting, pricing, marketing, fundraising, partnerships, and event planning.

What began as a small creative project has grown into a youth-led social enterprise where young people gain real-world entrepreneurial experience while supporting charitable causes in the community.

Through every product, pop-up, and fundraiser, Crafty Co. aims to show that young ideas can grow into meaningful impact.
